What do we need to follow a balanced diet?



A properly follow up of a balanced and healthy diet is necessary to have willing to change habits, improve health and improve your lifestyle in general. It is important not to fall in to temptations of junk food. In our environment abounds you can not always find a nutritious meal on the way to college or work and we always buy junk food because they are near us.
According to the food pyramid whitch is the main tool guide for eating and quantities to have a balanced diet and stay healthy. This is divided into several levels in which foods is placed in nutritional status and the amount that should be consumed from the base are those that we consume every day and on the top which should only be consumed occasionally.
They are divided into 4 groups:
• First group: cereals, tubers and noodles
• Second group: Fruits and Vegetables
• Third group: Dairy products and Meat
• Fourth group: Fats, sugars and sweets
Junk food are mainly fast food which are high in sugar because cause damage to the body and are linked to obesity, diabetes, tooth decay and heart disease mainly in the population of young people they have more access to this food at their leisure activities.
I know a few of myths but among them I can mention that there are people who believe that there is food which is "Light" or help are to lose weight.
In conclusion if you want to have a healthy diet you must have willing to follow correctly with the help of a professional to help you choose the most appropriate or just avoid eating junk food, diet secret is to follow it through the time.

IS IT BETTER TO WATCH FILMS AT THE CINEMA OR AT HOME?



In my opinion you can enjoy better watching a movie at home than in a cinema. It would have to assess how much film we life and the different standards that there are at the cinematography business.

The quality of films is undoubtedly better in the cinema than at home. On the other hand, if we have   the appropriate equipment for a high quality of resolution. The difference would be in the 3D format at the size of the screen and to the privacy at the home where it can be enjoyed with friends and family comfortably, these are the factors to consider.

In conclusion, the cost of movies are taken in a count by some people who never prefer to go to the cinema because of that they prefer see at home without spending much money.
